Corey Webb Technical Operations Manager
Between 2010-2012 I worked as a Camera Assistant on eight student films with the National Film and Television School. I then worked as a Camera Operator for Racing UK before starting my career in camera hire facilities.
From 2012 – 2015 I enjoyed working within three leading facilities houses in London. I began as a driver but soon progressed in my first company to become head of the Small Camera Department, specialising in digital cinema and 35mm sensor cameras.
From there I progressed through the positions of Facilities Coordinator, Kitroom Manager and later, Technical Operations Manager – all of which enabled me to branch out into new areas of production and increase my technical knowledge and management skills.
I was then offered the position of Technical Operations Manager at VE Crew. Here it is my responsibility to oversee all equipment and technical issues, to advise on new equipment purchases, to liaise closely with clients and to ensure every shoot has been tailor made to fit production requirements.
